Item looks ok. It's the accompanying stuff that was the problem and those explained the overwhelmingly +ve reviews. Now, it might be good. If it genuinely is, after I try it on and use for some time, I will update my review. Anyway, the colour is a really shocking pink and black. I didn't expect it to be such a shocking pink. Still... Let's see. Edit: updated review. The sweatband does absorb sweat. Apart from the shocking pink and black combo, it does its job well. Fits well onto my big head even with my hair up. Has decent absorption of sweat, though you can't expect what a terry cloth type sweatband would give. Amazingly, though its silky material it does absorb sweat. Not sure how it'll work for our super sweaty and hot summers, but for temps in the 30s°C it is ok. If it lasts, it will be vfm. Edit post usage for almost a year: it worked great during our sweaty, hot, humid summers and kept the sweat from out of my eyes and face while doing the housework.
