However after drinking all the coffee on my tea tray I had no choice. I was dubious making it with water but with a wee splash of milk it made a lovely smooth chocolate, not too rich and not too sweet with no powdery after taste that you come to expect! Was disappointed to find that it's only available to purchase in satchets and I could only find it on desertcart. I did have an issue with my delivery with some of the packets bursting in transit but this really isn't a reflection on the product but rather a consequence of poor packing. The problem was however quickly rectified as I have come to expect when dealing with desertcart Customer service. Definitely recommend this and it's Fairtrade too so what's not to like. My grandkids also love it with a few mini marshmallows and a squirt of cream

Delicious!
I buy this for my partner as he loves it. He has to be careful with certain brands due to allergies. 50 sachets is enough to keep him going for a while so, all in all, it's a good value purchase.

Smooth Chocolatey Treat

Good product, didn't get 50
The product was excellent and comes well packed and in a timely manor. Unfortunately, when counting the sachets, I only had 46 instead of the listed 50. Asides from that, perfect.

We tried this hot chocolate in a hotel and my wife loved it so we purchased a box and have it every evening. Very easy to make

What I didn't know when I bought the pack of 50 sachets
I had tried a different make before and wanted to try something else, at a better price. Very quick delivry and good packaging... but what I specially enjoyed is what I could not have guessed before ordering.... so, what are the reasons why I particularly like the LICHFIELD FAIRTRADE HOT CHOCOLATE SACHETS? --> as we find the drink too sweet, we use ONE sachet to make TWO mugs of hot chocolate!... so, it is not only delicious and more healthy but also very economical indeed --> on the practical side: I do like the box as it is very sturdy and quite practical for storage of the sachets.

Paid for 50 packets received 48.
I ordered and paid for 50 sachets of chocolate. I received 48, two sachets short. I would suggest whoever does the packing of these items learns to count. The packets were not neatly packed into there box as I would have expected but appeared to have been thrown in. Not impressed ,will not be buying again. Shame because the chocolate is good. Shortfall and presentation has let them down.

Great value and good hot chocolate. Bought these for my son at home, as supermarket sachets were twice the price.
