I really like this journal it's semi vintage the quality is great the lock is secure and it just looks damn cool

Not much of a lock. But keeps nosey people out of it. It's well made and serves the task well.

For starters, the color is amazing. The lock was easy to set up and it works! Now I can secure my thoughts without having to hide a key or keeping it separate from the journal. I already purchased a paper refill. The journal is larger than my current, which I love. The pen is black ink. I love the way it writes, fine ink. Everything about this journal is perfect! This is a great gift idea. I think this is the last journal I will have to buy.

I wanted a journal with a lock because some thoughts should not be shared. The paper forgives, people don't, and writing things out seems somehow less crazy than talking to yourself.I love the feel of the cover. The subtile texture makes it easy to grip. The pen is black, which I preferred, and is really smooth at the fine-point tip. The pages themselves are a little on the thin side, but it doesn't detract from its usefulness. They're also beautifully guilded.Along with my order, I also put in an oil-based Sharpie in the cart, because I'd wanted to personalize it and oil-based Sharpie won't smudge on the material of this cover once dried. I used the embossed design on the front to help me along.It really transformed the entire book from being good to great. I look forward to writing in it every day.

Such a cute notebook, gives me Princess Diaries vibes lol. Had it for a few months and locket works perfect!

The book is very good for writing. I am really enjoying using it.
