This works converter works as it should. Easy set up. Good sound and picture!

We upgraded our bedroom TV to a newer Toshiba, which does not have RCA ports. We have an old VHS DVD combo player that we use from time to time to watch movies. This works without issue, no trouble with watching either VHS or DVDs and the quality is what I'd expect. I'm no AV nerd, so can't speak to specifics, but looks good enough for me. Nice little device that lets you keep enjoying copies of some of your old favorites!

I has an older Samsung TV that quit working with my DVD player plugged into it. I bought a new 55" TCL smart tv and they no longer come with the female DVD receptacles, so I decided to try this inexpensive converter, bingo!!! Works perfectly now and easy peazy to install. It comes with the USB power cord but no HDMI cable, I had a 6ft HDMI cable already so I'm good to go. You'll need to buy HDMI cable separately if you don't have one.

The converter works exactly as it’s supposed to and was easy to set up. It is priced very well. It successfully connects my GameCube to an HDMI TV with no issues. That said, the picture quality is noticeably blurry and a bit soft, especially on larger screens. It’s usable and fine if you just want it to function, but don’t expect crisp or sharp visuals. Good for basic use, not great if image quality matters to you.

Great little device to bring older VCR into digital age

It works, but it is a so-so great quality picture. I guess if you just have to see a video that is RCA based then this is better than nothing.

Successfully adapts the old (20+ years!) non-HDMI Sony DVD player to a modern HDMI LG TV. Unobtrusive size easily hidden behind the TV, and so far (only a couple of months of infrequent use) it is holding up well. Picture and sound are both great, as good as the old DVD player ever put out, so "DVD quality." This type of device sometimes doesn't last long, but this one shows no flakiness or instability at all at this point. Time will tell. At $7 a great price if it lasts. It was a gift for a family member who is happy with it, so I am happy with it!

This product works as stated, I was able to connect my VCR to my 4K Samsung TV. It’s important to note that you want a power bar in close proximity to the device because it needs to be connected to a power source (if power bar does not have usb outlet, you will need power adapter plug) and also it doesn’t include an HDMI cord. Aside from those side notes, the product works very well with the picture being good quality for a vhs. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to connect old AV devices to their modern TVs.

Neat little product. I use it to connect my PS2 to my monitor and it works very well. Not a lot too say about it really, haven't had any issues and is quite cheap to replace. Does the job well. Easy to connect and use and picture looks great on screen.
