THEY WORK!!
I checked my hemoglobin in January2026 and it was at 8.5. I was a chronic ice chewer. I started taking this in February. I took it for 2 months straight. The first week I took them I noticed I no longer craved ice. I stopped taking them because I just started to forget to take them. Anyway, I checked my levels again last week (June 2026) and it was at 11.7. Iโm one point away from normal. I wouldโve been there had I kept taking them. I say all that to say this. It worked! I experienced no side effects or constipations. It was easy on my stomach. In fact it was so easy, I thought they werenโt working. Definitely recommend.

Clears low iron symptoms
I had a bunch I was low iron... started taking these and I feel so much better! It resolved issues like feeling cold all the time, dull skin, thinning hair, leg cramps at night, restless legs. My ferritin was 25 which doctors will say is in range, but that is incorrect... do your own research and advocate for yourself.

Iron pills that have worked for me
I am on my second bottle and these have helped with my iron levels. My iron was to lower and I showed these to my doctor and she gave me her approval, so that's all I needed. I recommend these for those that need help with their iron.

Easy on the stomach
This is my go to supplement when I have low iron. One pill every other morning with a cup of orange juice. I love that it doesn't upset my stomach.
