Unfortunately I bought it in the hope of some tinnitus relief ( which it says ) but it did absolutely nothing, don’t buy if it’s tinnitus relief you want, it’s from China so god only knows what’s in it.

Now I found these drops helps me to sleep at night... no buzzing no humming, then I'm out like a light, obviously some people who have tried these drops haven't gave it a chance. ... What causes tinnitus is through old age, loud music, rock concerts, I've had tinnitus for about 8 years I'm used to the humming and hissing,
