OIVO PS4 Stand for PlayStation 4 Console, Cooling Station for PS4 Slim/Pro/PlayStation 4 Consoles, Pro Vertical Stand with 12 Game Slots

To give an honest review I wanted to use this product for my PS4 for a month. I read all of the negative reviews before my purchase. When your PS4 sounds like a 747 taking off like mine does Its to late. This product will not work miracles & miraculously eliminate the loud noise from the dying fan. However If your PS4 fan Is not at that point yet I believe It will help keep your PS4 cooler which will extend the life of your fan. I have checked the air coming out of the back at different times & I do play from 2 to 6 hours a day. I can feel the hot air blowing out which tells me the 2 small fans are doing what their intended for. If your PS4 fan sounds like mine you have to take In consideration if you bought It when released In 2014 like I did. That's going on 7 years, I rarely cleaned the inside & was enclosed In my TV stand which Is a big reason why they will overheat & your fan works harder then It should to cool the system. If your like me & have been attempting to buy a PS5 before my PS4 fan dies look at replacing the fan as I just did since Its a miracle to get a PS5. It runs just like new, cost $135 installed & mine came with a year warranty. I live In California so It's probably a lot cheaper elsewhere. You can locate local shops that service PS4 , they usually advertise as cell phone / electronics repair so call & ask If they service PS4 as I did. My only negative findings.... You do have to push the button to turn fan on even though the stand / charging dock will turn on once your PS4 Is powered up. It's mind boggling because the fans will turn off once you turn off your PS4. Be extremely careful when removing controllers on charging station. When you pull up Its a given your hand will hit the PS4 & due to the vertical position It will flip the PS4 right out of the stand. I would place your hand on top of PS4 to hold it down as you remove your controllers. To conclude this review with a few more details. The storage slots seem to work fine for game cases, the 2 fans are not that loud, Its a really simple set up & the lights on controller charging station go off once controllers are charged. I would recommend purchasing If your PS4 fan isn't already loud like I mentioned above.

Don’t even come on, I had maybe 3 days and it just completely stopped working. I don’t recommend at all! It did fit my wireless controllers but it won’t charge them up because it don’t work! *UPDATE: My apologies, it was user error it does work and I highly recommend! Great unit. Works great, looks nice, adds organization while decreasing footprint of existing equipment - what's not to love? (obvious a parent wrote this yet?) PROS Looks fantastic, small footprint (with unit standing vertically), QUIET, like no noise I can really hear over ambient living room noise. Kept unit much cooler to the touch, although it's didn't bring back our rifles/sights in COD. That bug's apparently not heat related. Charging for controllers is really nice, and they look better than on other units i've seen Storage for games in back is nice. Current boxes don't really let you install more than 4-5 games anyway, so the storage is about perfect CONS The only thing I can think to say is not a con, but a fact of manufacture. This unit is made for multiple units, so if your PS doesn't fit, remove the inner sleeve to open up more room in the cradle. It took us a minute to figure that out.

Solid piece of equipment. Helps condense with space. Controllers charge well and connects smoothly. The fan is quiet and works efficiently. I do wish it had a higher output of air especially for the PS4, but I have noticed it cools the console quicker aside from the internal PS4 fan. The game cartridge holder is more of a gimmick, don’t really need it in my opinion. For the price it does the job as expected.

What I did like: *The size of the stand. It's relatively high from the ground, which is what I want. *The fan cannot be turned on unless the PS4 is on. It uses he PS4's power. *The charging glow is accurate (red or green), and the controllers actually charge. It's very convenient that you can use one and charge the other. *Well designed and a nice layout. The cord in the front is the "charging cable" that connects the controller to the PS4 (got the cord with the new PS4, Sony). The game slots were a nice touch, but I don't like using them. *It fit perfectly inside of the slot, EXCEPT What I didn't like: *The PS4 wobbled. It was a bit loose, so when I moved it it would wiggle a bit *The on button for the fan is hard to reach. It's under the PS4 by the USB cable. *The game case slots are not optional and cannot be removed. *I doesn't bother me personally, but the fan might be a little too loud for some people. I can feel the air, but it's not super powerful, and wouldn't do a whole ton if you were playing for many hours straight.

I had a charge station for my ps3 and wanted one for the ps4. This looks cool as it holds games too. The charge port #1 broke off inside my controller. After using a pic to remove, it charges on port #2, and port one is dead. Not the best product I have bought. I suggest doing research before purchasing. Im just glad my controller is not damaged as well. Edit: i have to say the customer service was 100% awesome and owned the problem. They sent me another even though it was outside the return policy. I hope this one last a bit longer as I still have the same concept for my ps3 and it still works. I changed rating just for the customer service and hassle free replacement.

I purchased this for a compact look where space was an issue. Pros: - Fits my PS4 perfectly! - The lights are bright and large on the charging dock and you can clearly see if it’s charged or not. - The fans (2) are really quiet but push a lot of air for its size. - The base is very sturdy and well made. - Comes with a 3 year warranty, 45 day return and a 90 day replacement. - Has slots on the side for storing 12 games. Cons: - None I wanted to protect my investment and bought this to help keep it cooler and provide a charging dock without compromising space. Now, my console is super quiet. I placed my ear near the fans at the bottom of the base, I could hear it but only once I was close to it. There is a tray that fits inside the base meant for smaller PS4 consoles (slim) which needs to be removed before placing your larger unit. It has a power button so you can turn it off. It’s charged by a supplied USB cable. You could also power this by AC if you have a wall adapter and longer cable. This will power the fans as soon as you start your console. The supplied USB cable is short, but long enough to reach the PS4 hub. There are no lights on the fans. Very pleased with this purchase and my PS4 is sturdy without fear of being knocked over.

I purchased this because my PS4 Pro was sounding like an aircraft was taking off and needed somewhere handy to charge and store my controller as the micro charging option wasn't working. Turns out as in the description, the pro does fit snugly into the stand, it will definitely not move of its own accord. I was impressed at how quiet the fans are but you do have to make sure you remember to turn them on as they don't start automatically. My only gripe with the design is that it can be challenging to get to the power button due to the positioning of the USB cable that powers the stand, but its only a minor thing. The stand also lights up at the front to show you if the controllers are charging or not, but you do have to make sure the ps4 is on rest mode not off. I like this feature, it's pretty cool and as it uses the ext port on the controller it charges quickly. Looks funky too. All in all I'd say its worth it especially if you game a lot.
