The product was delivered with proper instructions and all the requisite attachments. The pack was also well over half-charged when it was delivered. It is nice and compact in size, so hardly take up any storage room in the car. The instructions were easy to understand, and the charger itself is very easy to assemble and use. It also comes with a handy drawstring storage bag to keep everything together. It is USB charged so I can plug it in to charge in the car or take indoors and charge like my mobile phone - all nice and easy. My car battery was fairly new, but I haven't used the car that much over the festive period and then there was a sudden, nasty drop in temperature so the battery had drained out and the engine wouldn't turn at all. But this charger worked like an absolute dream! I used it after a quick top up of the power pack (just to make sure) and the car turned over immediately - no problem at all. Fantastic! It was quite a relief - brilliant! I live in the middle of the country and my nearest garage is nearly 6 miles off, so professional help is not close by. Having this charger means I'm no longer reliant on jump leads and the kindness of others if this happens again. So all in all, the charger is well worth the price. It's now essential kit in the car - it gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Great device that is well worth the money. So far jumped an Audi a3 2 litre an a 1.4 Hyundai i20 that had flat batteries. It started them straight away without missing a beat and no struggling like you sometimes get with jumper cables on another car. The pack charged quite quick and came in the box with half battery. Box included the jumper cables module, usb charger without plug, and a carry bag. It’s about the size of a portable phone charger a bit larger than an iPhone pro max. It’s light weight and built very well. After starting the 2 cars it’s still at full battery so can see it lasting a while so gives peace of mind if you keep it in the car. Well worth the price and definitely more affordable than the other brands on the market charging double or triple the price. As it’s a power pack looks like you can also charge your phone from it using usb A as an output and also has an inbuilt small light. Highly recommend. I bought based on the other positive reviews and happy with the purchase

Afder reading the reviews I opted to purchase this item and im glad I did it came with 50% charge so I charged it to 100% it didnt take long my car battery was completely flat connected the battery jump starter to the car battery and it started straight away brilliant and it still had 100% it comes with a handy quick start guide which is easy to understand comes with a usb charging cable and a handy storage bag,the item is light weight and compact it has a handy led flash light for night time you can even charge your mobile phone honestly it is so easy wish I bought one years ago no need for ordinary jump leads if you are thinking about buying one don't think just buy it.

works perfectly, one star meoved because when i charge the four lights that indicate charge left (100%, 75%, 50% and 25%) all come on showing full charge immediately. Despite charging from 25% leaving me concerned it wasnt fully charged. Maybe i missed something. But to start my diesel 1.6 citreon it works perfectly losimg approx 25% on each jump start.

I purchased this as my previous RAC jump charger battery stopped working. That charger was huge compared to this small compact charger. Quality The build quality of this charger is good with a full charge taking 1-2 hours (mine came with 25% charge out of the box) and it is recommended to charge to 100% when you get it. The charger is built out of strong plastic and overall not particularly heavy and can easily fit into your glove box. WHAT’S INCLUDED? You get the charger a USB charging cable and a crocodile clip accessory that plugs into the charger to allow you to connect it to the car battery HOW DOES IT WORK? After charging the Powerbank for a couple of hours to 100% I connected it to my car allowed it to charge the battery for a couple of seconds and was instantly able to start the car with no problem. This is hugely impressive. The charging cable to connect it to the car battery you simply plug one end into the portable charger and connect the red and black clips to the appropriate terminals on the car battery. The connecting cable even has flashing lights to indicate whether you’ve connected it the right way or not - a bit of a safety mechanism built into the adapter. OVERALL I’ve been left hugely impressed by this compact current battery charger. It has the ability to also charge your device as such as his phone iPad, et cetera as well as being able to charge/boost your car battery. I would highly recommend this product.

This is a great piece of kit to have handy. Easy to use and looks the part to. It doesnt feel cheap and its well worth the money. Definitely puts your mind at ease, knowibg you have a quick and easy to use power source. Literally the car battery was dead, put the clamps on and within 15 seconds the car was running like a dream.

What a gem! I have a Fiesta that frequently has a flat battery, this wee product has been a game changer. It takes no more than a minute to open the bonnet, attach the leads to the charger unit, and bish bash bosh.....the car starts first time. There's also a built in led torch which is super handy, and you can use the unit to charge your phone/ lap with the USB port. Just remember to recharge the unit to 100% after using, then pop it back in the glove box. It's soooo easy, even a complete numpty (like myself) can manage this. Would probably take most non car engine knowledge persons longer to find the bonnet catch! Cannot recommend this item highly enough!

Very convenient, powerful, holds a charge. I’ve had this for over 3 months now and it’s still at 97% which is pretty good imho. It’s a handy thing to keep in the trunk for an emergency. Not necessarily even for you but a family member or colleague - will make jump starting their car easier than opening your hood, dealing with connecting the two cars, etc.

J'avais une crainte pour pouvoir trouver un endroit pour mettre la masse car le câble est très court et sur ce modèle de 308, la masse de la batterie n'est pas accessible (seulement le plus), mais impeccable, j'ai pu trouver vers le capot de quoi mettre la pince noire sur la carrosserie pour faire masse. Et démarrage du premier coup 👍

I got it to help jumpstart my VW PASSAT V6 as the battery was completely drained while the car was parked for ~ 2 months. The unit was at 50% battery when received. The manual is great, simple and straight forward. I followed the instructions in the manual. It took approx. 1 hour to charge it via my phone's USB-C fast charger up to 100%. It took 2 attempts to start the car. The 2nd attempt was because I didn't wait the 30 seconds as per the manual's instruction in handling completely drained batteries in my 1st attempt. On the 2nd attempt, I followed the instructions for completely drained batteries and the car started smoothly. Both attempts used ~25% of the booster battery capacity. Over all, the package is great in size and weight. I like the idea it came with a small bag to house the booster and cables. The booster uses USB-C for charging. No more jump start cable hassle and no more waiting forever for insurance recovery.
