I don't usually leave reviews, but for this product I felt I must. Hopefully it will help other women in need if this type of product.Having been bedridden for almost a year and a half I have gone through many adult diapers. I found they were all heavily padded in the front and ightly in the back. While obviously that would be great for me, but not for women. First off we aren't designed for that, men are they urinate in front but women, especially when laying down, tend to have our urine travel down and back.After much frustration and discomfort, I thought I'd try a new brand again and keep my fingers crossed.After much searching I thought I would try NorthShore. I had recently switched to using their wipes when the ones I had been using, (which had been a top brand), had begun producing a cheaper version of their original. The wipes were fantastic. My husband whom on occasion helps me with clean up said they were far better than what we had been usingUpon receiving the Northshore Over night diapers I noticed right away the heavy blue section went all the way from front to back. I knew it would insure better coverage.Next was the cut of the diaper, more streamlined and it fit much more comfortably around my legs. Not a lot of material down the front and back of the legs, like the other brands. The tabs are longer making it easier for fastening,and not the velcro type tabsyou usually get, that can get stuck wrong or catch in the wrong spot as your trying to fasten them. There is not a lot of of bulky elastic excess bunching around the legs that normally make for a lot of itching.All in all I'd say these are, in my opinion, the best on the market for comfort.One other issue to cover, leakage, I literally have had none, neither sitting up or laying down. They wick the moisture away quite well and I can wear these longer than any of the other brands.These cost a little more than I'm use to paying, but considering the comfortably, less changes they are definitely worth it.

If anyone else is taking care of an incontinent adult who wears tab style briefs as I am, I want to wholeheartedly endorse the best diapers we have found, NorthShoreMegaMax 12 hour. My daughter is on hospice. We have tried several tab style briefs or adult diapers. They are wonderfully soft, very absorbent, have high leak guards, and although I wouldn't leave them on for 12 hours wet, can last a while. They are a bit pricey, but I am really impressed.

This diaper or briefs with tabs is by far the most superior adult incontinence diaper by 100 miles....I have tried Depends, Attends, and 1/2 dozen no name brands when my sister was in a SNF. These leave my sister dry with ZERO leaks overnight which is when I use them. She is completely dry no wet spots or flooding of urine onto the underpads. They only negative thing I have to say is these really are more expensive than other diapers however I do save money and not having to change underpants all the time I don't know if it actually equals out but it also allows me to sleep through the night without having to change her an extra time. She also sleeps comfortably throughout the night. Not that this has to do with functionality but it's nice that if you want you can order them in colors other than white my sister likes it and that's what counts because she's the one wearing them. I cannot recommend these enough even if you can only afford them like me for the night time it gives you peace of mind my sister has absolutely no skin breakdown and I am really happy happy with this product. I will also add that the company North shore usually send something in your order like a free package of wipes or booster pads so you always get a little something extra which is very very nice especially in this day and age. Oh and before I forget the tab stick and they can be repositioned and they still stick very important.

Comfy and as is fit good perfect for overnight and tape stays in place no skin irritation

These diapers are a lifesaver for us . They are large and very absorbable! We use them for my mother at night , We struggled with keeping my mom and bedding dry overnight , with regular diapers or pull-ups .Worth every dime , and have been using them for a year now .

Arrived quickly, well packed in a white plastic mailer but the manuf. container is solid and protective. The design is fun. I removed 1 today and am doubtingbmy sanity at the moment. Which details had I missed in the Product Description ? How did I misunderstand the highly rated Reviews? I did take the advice of 1 Reviewer about sizing and Sized Down to a Medium.After removing only 1 from the package, the 2 minutes it took me to entirely unfold the "diaper" I seriously wondered WTH are these things? Are they beach towels? Bed Sheet protectors? Wheelchair liners? Or perhaps Doggy PeePads?These arent even in the same league of any adult incontinence undies Ive tried. Not even relatable to my usual, well fitting, Depends (Lge, Lge/Extra Lge and M).Trying to fit them on, these are so gigantic that I couldn't get the tabs into position. I had to undo it, lay it out on a flat surface to get the tabs in position. I couldn't even pull them up. The absorbing pad inside is so oversized I'd never be able to wear anything, not even a bathrobe, over them. The plastic exterior is an interesting concept. A bit noisy, the plastic coating will make them quite unpleasant in hot or cold temps.I feel ripped off. I also feel like an absolute fool for believing the positive Reviews. Thus, once more, I'm out of pocket, need to invest more $$ to procure my usual product (no tabs, unfortunately). These cant even be donated, don't want to be part of the LandFill problem throwing them away. Of course, why waste time investigating to see if these are Returnable/Refundable when my new, still wrapped, arriving in shattered pieces of ceramic cat bowl is "not a returnable item" , neither will be these.Obviously I don't recommend this product unless, perhaps, you are a big person with a PCA to assist.

I thought I was ordering a case of four packages for a total of 40 diapers, description is deceiving, $67. for 10 diapers unbelievable

Super disappointed.Product description shows 4 packs of 10 diapers for 56.99 at 1.42 / count.We received 1 package of 10 for 56.99 so this makes it $5.70 per diaper. What false advertising!!

No instructions no indication of front or back & tab that don't hold, at that price what a rip off.

J'ai 49ans et une incontinence sévère ainsi qu'une peau très fragile...J'ai essayé tellement de couches avant de trouver cette marque qui absorbe vraiment énormément sans aucune sensation d'humidité et aucune irritation...Je ne changerai plus de marque.Pour information je bois 3 bouteilles d'eau par jour.Essayez les vous ne les quitterez plus.
