Excellent Printer
So far, I just use it connected via USB to my Mac computer, and I find it works excellently well. It's a good deal for automatic duplex printing. The dialogue boxes produced by word didn't include the duplex option, but a couple of clicks through 'printer' tab gets me there. I think it's the same with Adobe. The Mac Pages software includes the duplex option in the first place, so I have started using that more, but it's all really easy once you get used to it.

Works well though feels a little flimsy
I bought this to replace a Laserjet 5P which I had been using for a decade, it was still working but no support under Windows 7. The new printer doesn't feel as solid but it has worked extremely well. The print quality is good, it doesn't jam and it's compact and quiet. The only thing I don't really like is the rear exit "straight through" tray for printing card and envelopes - it's a stupid little flap not big enough to hold even a small envelope, so anything you print "straight through" falls on the floor behind the printer. The fold-down tray 1 where you feed envelopes also feels a little fragile, I handle with care.Despite the small criticisms I am happy with the printer and it is very good value for money.

A great little work horse for a busy office.
It's a wonderful little printer. I already had one and needed to increase my capacity. It is quick, reliable, economic and easy to use.

Product good - condition poor
The seller sold the product as "used" but in good condition... large scratches down the side and paper tray release spring doesn't catch properly, so you can't reload paper without a real hassle. Not happy...We have 4 others of these printers and they all work brilliantly.Poor seller...

Fanstastic HP Printer
I have great confidence in HP printers. This replaced a network printer that we think/calculate was 17 years old!By comparison we are astonished at this 'new' printer. Even without our ancient comparison it deserves rating - quiet, quick, high quality print. It was easy to install too.Every time a page whizzes out we're thinking wow!

Laserjet good print but not true duplex on A5
Bought this as a home office printer. Easy to set up although I had to reinstall the drivers after I installed an Epson colour printer which caused the HP to issue errors and stop printing. Once I had reinstalled the HP drivers everything was fine. Print quality and speed is excellent. Duplex with A4 is very good but for A5 you have to lift the first side of print off the top and manually feed back into the printer which was a little disappointing. On the whole very good printer for price, compact and easy to use.

Noisy but good quality print
The printer seems to be of good build but is very noisy in a small three person office. It seems a little random in some of its activities ie stops and starts up again several times through printing larger quantities. The print quality is good and printing is quick. I have only been using the printer for a month so I cant comment on the ink capacity.
