I've been using this TENS machine now for over a week and I think I might be slightly addicted to it! It's a lot smaller than I was expecting, it's basically the same size as the Nano IPod. All of the items are neatly packed within the box and it's very easy and pretty self explanatory to set up. It takes about 5 minutes to set up initially but after this it just takes seconds.It has 8 different modes: massaging, cupping, relaxing, tingling, kneading, deep, acupuncture and random. All of which are very effective and very different. It is a bit of an odd sensation and it's quite funny watching your stomach move each time. You can choose which intensity level you want it on, level 1 is the lowest and on most of the modes you can hardly feel it. The highest setting is very strong and I've not really used this level. I find that half way is the best one for me.I like the fact that it has a timer on it too so you can set a maximum usage time and ensure you don't get carried away.The sticky pads are easy to remove and not painful at all to peel away from the skin. There is a small pad provided which you keep them on when they aren't being used. As yet they've not lost their stickiness and are still as effective as the first time.It's very simple to use and there's just 2 buttons really, the mode and the intensity. I've been using it on my stomach muscles as well as my back and shoulders to relieve constant back ache. I've noticed my back is becoming a lot easier and the aching has subsided since I started using this TENS machine.Overall, I'm very happy with this product and I'd definetly recommend it to others due to its size, cost, usability and effectiveness.

I needed to replace my old tens machine and I was on a limited budget so I thought I would give this one a go. I have chronic shoulder and back pain so use it alot for pain relief or sore and aching muscles. Absolutely delighted with the product it arrived promptly and it is very small, light and discreet almost like an ipod. It has 8 different massage modes and a very high intensity scale so something to suit everyone. The battery life is also great on this which is a plus. It exceeds my expectations and actually like it more than my previous branded one which cost almost triple this. Such a bargain and must for and pain suffers.

Have just had total knee replacement and before physio needed a good tens machine to relax the leg muscles. This is absolutely brilliant, everything is so easy to understandHave only used it for a couple of days on settings 1 & 7 with power setting at 5 bar it will go double this if required. There is a built in timer which they recommend setting at 20 minutes and why spend more when for £29.95 this little machine is the complete business. Highly Recommended.

After years of trouble with my back and trying everything from pain relief, Physiotherapy, rubs heat packs etc.. i decieded to try the tens machine when a friend recommended it as she also suffers from back pain and uses one. I can honestly say it has helped me so much and I feel like I have a new lesh of life. I can do so many things espicially with my children as I was so restricted before from my pain. And it's very light and compact it was definitely the best purchase i have ever got. If like me you've tried everything under the sun dont give up hope trust me it will be the best thing you've ever bought.

I'm happy about having this tens machine, I had a motorbike accident years ago and after physiotherapy, exercise and having to visit my physiotherapist twice a month I decided to buy this machine. My physiotherapist uses a professional machine on my legs and I decided to buy a little one, and I can't be more happier about the results. I really help me relaxing my muscles.

This is a very neat unit, However, I mistakenly thought it was completely wireless, so returned it. The company were understanding and accepted my request to return the unit.

I took this out of the box and though oh boy it’s tiny surely this will have no punch ! I charged it up and decided I had to test it at least and it packs a heck of a punch it’s powerful extremely easy to use and change modes and strength a dawdle , it’s a pocket rocket I’d thoroughly recommend this for have psioric arthritis and pains all over and it’s ideal for moving about
