Update
I've had it for 3 months and it is still working fine. I'm 5 feet 6 and all of the massage points line up perfectly. I have had no problems at all with this chair. I have use it multiple times.

It was a risky bet: this chair had no reviews, and the price was meager.What a pleasant surprise! It works like the expensive ones!!CONS:1) DELIVERY: horrible! The chair was left on our front porch, and we had to drag it around the house to get to the basement.2) PANEL needs improvement.PROS:1) EASY TO ASSEMBLE (although it was sold "assembled").2) Massage is incredible. Exactly like the one my old Gym had.3) The Zero Gravity position is fantastic.SUGGESTIONS FOR PANEL IMPROVEMENT:1) Use the already established color code to identify buttons for pressure points (red for rollers and green for "airbags").2) Divide the options in a more easy-to-understand manner, like my third pic above.

Very Nice Chair. (First Day Review)
Only had to attach the foot massager and air hose on it and the seat. Everything else is ready. UPS did NOT call as Amazon said they would, so I could meet them at my house. They just left it on my doorstep. Beware of UPS. I'll let you know more about the chair in a few days. It all works great right now.

This Chair is smaller than advertised.
The chair was delivered and left in my driveway. I received an email stating that the chair will arrive on December 1st and then changed to the 5th. The chair was delivered on November 27, 2023, and left in my driveway. The company stated that it will be delivered and setup. I am so upset because I have a very bad back and needed to pay for help to get it into the house. I am still trying to figure how to operate the chair. The customer service is the worst. The Chair is a little smaller than I expected, but it does make me feel better.Steven L Briggs

Damaged on the left side
The product is well packed except that is still damaged (maybe from shipping) (see photo). I just want to let you know. Also, the instructions how to put things together is very confusing even with the illustrations.
