My sleep is much improved
Ask someone who has never been able to sleep well. This is a great addition to my nightly routine. Along with my magnesium and my Kirkland sleep aid I sleep through the night.

Trusted source of melatonin
Good source of melatonin recommended by the melatonin experts. I personally get no negative side effects from melatonin or any negative effects when I run out, although it may take a minute or two longer to fall asleep. The sleep is great, but the real benefit of melatonin is in its antioxidant properties. This is a brand that is good quality and is probably the best shot for effectiveness short of a suppository. It has no aftertaste. Good value for the money when you by the 3 pack.

This bottles missing 18 capsules
Counted the pills since this bottle felt xtra lite and it only has 42 capsules ,Not the 60 as the bottle says . I'm going to count them from now on. Being ripped off of 18 capsules just on this newly opened bottle . Makes me wonder how many other bottles had less than the 60 capsules.
