Only negetive is that it is not compatible with sony teleconverters.

I bought it in an offline store and I had to admit it is no where less to Sony lenses ! If you’re using it for videography you can get it blindly ! The autofocus is great and the quality is top notch ! Feels heavy and built very strong ! It’s definitely worth the money spent ! Please check it in offline store for the prices before placing your order online there are some offer going around in the offline stores ! If you are into sports and wildlife photography and are particular about number of highest frames you can capture for a second then you need to go with Sony but if your just okay with a good photography lens and do not worry about frames per sec then go for this you won’t regret and it’s very less priced compared with Sony ! I got it for 20-25k less in the offline market !

Me gustó mucho la calidad del lente, robusto de muy buena calidad como todo lo que hace sigma, la nitidez es excelente no me puedo quejar lo uso para video y noto que no es tan rápido como el Sony pero funciona muy bien lo recomiendo mucho no te vas a arrepentir vale la pena la inversión

Ho avuto modo di usarlo per una stagione di eventi e matrimoni, oltre a qualche spettacolo teatrale e di danza, insieme alla mia Sony A7IV, e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto da questo obiettivo. ✅PRO: - Ottimo prezzo, specialmente se paragonato al Sony GM, dato che ha una resa che gli si avvicina molto; - Qualità dell'immagine; - Ghiera dei diaframmi molto comoda; - Stabilizzatore integrato con due modalità, anche per il panning; - Comodo l'anello per treppiede, che può ruotare per essere posizionato come meglio crediamo e presenta dei piccoli "stop" ogni 45 gradi; - Qualità e feeling ottimi, sia nei materiali che nelle ghiere e pulsanti. ❌CONTRO: - Peso non trascurabile, ma non è stato un grosso problema per me; - Trovo che la posizione "invertita" della ghiera dello zoom sia leggermente più scomoda, ma ci si fa l'abitudine. In ogni caso l'avrei preferita al centro; - Lo stacco tra il soggetto e lo sfondo è molto marcato, il che può essere un'arma a doppio taglio se mal gestita; Ovviamente potete trovare recensioni approfondite sul web, questa è stata la mia esperienza, prevalentemente positiva. Straconsigliato!

I’m very happy with this lens. The image quality is very sharp and the colors look great. The autofocus is fast and quiet. It feels strong and well made. I like the zoom range, it helps me get close to my subject. It is a bit heavy, but that’s normal for this type of lens. For me, it is worth it and works great on my Sony camera. I would recommend it.
