The bands for the arm are a little bit short for using on your legs. But once you add an extension piece they work well on your calf's and thighs.The band for your stomach is a good size.The simulator on your stomach definitely gets you to flex your abdominal muscles well. You need to use higher settings to actually get your muscles to be sore the next day.I had issue with the piece that connects to the belt, but the customer service was great, and I got a replacement promptly. The new one connects to the belt perfectly.Good quality item.

During the usage of y’all’s ab stimulator I’ve noticed major improvement in my core. The stimulator is a great for when I am doing other things I can use it at the same time. In my opinion it is a great product and I would recommend it to others. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Belly belt works well with plenty of sizing. Arm belts are barely able to fit around an ordinary man's upper arm. Should have been made slightly longer. One on they also work well. Four stars for that reason only.

I work out but also wanted to add some extra “routines” to my regime. This Stimulator Belt has been great. My wife and I use it every evening and are seeing noticeable results. I was originally looking for something to just work out my next muscles that were tense from back posture, but what I find was a multipurpose exercise tool. This did help my neck a lot but also was great on my back and stomach. It’s helped my increase my muscle presence in my abs, which was unexpected but a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

Not very active these days so the prospect of tightening up the mid section with a Muscle Stimulator Belt on while sitting was right up my alley. Is it working? Sure looks and feels like it. By the way, was on a cruise a week ago. Guess what they use along with 'special' oil to help loose "up to 8" of your mid section with several sessions? Yup - muscle stimulator. Now do I think I'd loose 8" on a cruise ship. NO! But I'm going to continue using it at home. My belly doesn't stick out pass the girls anymore and I've been a bit more active as well. Stimulates muscles that have been unnoticeable for oh so long and getting up and moving about more. That's a WIN in my book.
