I had an issue with this transformer once installed, it was making a very loud electrical snapping noise irregularly during the day. The transformer was functioning properly but I was nervous to keep it powered on. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic! The customer service person I worked with, Bob, was concerned and quickly agreed to replace the transformer even though I had cut the power cord to hard wire the transformer. I am confident the new transformer will fix the problem. I really like the features on this transformer. It offers two separately controlled lines so you can have your first set of lights running at a completely different schedule than a second set. The timers are easy to set up and I particularly like the dusk to dawn feature. The transformer was easy to install and the whole unit feels like a quality product. Their customer service was so good I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

This is a great transformer. Ive used it numerous times. And yes Im a landscaper and do a lot of lighting. Only ever had one issue and it was resolved over night, by Amazon. One terminal wasnt working correctly. Despite that, I will be buying this unit again. Simple to install and very user friendly. Highly recommended.

Very easy to install and set up, no need for any instruction manual. Their customer support is great. I had some user errors that they helped me work through making sure that my lights not working was due to this product. The two zone system is amazing. I decided to put in down lights instead of up lights. Worked out great. I also bought the landscape lights from the same brand sumvie, which are also fan freaking-tastic. This is an easy install for anyone looking to spruce up the exterior of the house. If I can do this install, you can too.

Solid quality transformer with two separate zones and multiple timer options (4, 6, 8 hours, or dusk-to-dawn). It works well and feels well built. The only drawback is the lack of a simple on/off switch—you have to cycle through the modes to turn it off, which isn’t very convenient. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

Bought this transformer and 16 lights with a 100foot 12 gauge power line to light up a pathway that goes down to our pool area. These lights and transformer did an amazing job and so easy to install. Thank you Sunvie!! Recommend 100%

I used to put colored cells on my 20-year old landscaping lights during the holidays, but the effort to do so combined with the age of the lights and transformers made it harder each year as they became less reliable, especially the transformer with a non-functional timer and random shutdown. SO - right before Halloween, I replaced everything with Sunvie landscape lights, added pathlights, and of course a new 300W transformer. First of all, they are simple to install: the transformer mounts easily, and as long as you have an electric screwdriver for the 3 screws per landscape light, a utility knife to separate the power cable, and a willingness to screw on many caps, you can have 10 lights up in a little over an hour, start to finish. It took about 3 hours total to do the 8 pack of landscape lights and 12 pack of path lights, plus the transformer. Next, they look great. Both the whites and the colored LEDs are bright, the short and long range controllers work exactly as advertised to allow individual customization. I used the 2 zones on the transformer to separate the path lights from the spotlights and the timers to set up different schedules. My only warning is that you should probably use 14 gauge wire - I used 12 and it made twisting on some of the caps just a little bit difficult because there wasn't much space to get them started. Still, 12 worked fine, I just had to give my fingers a rest after screwing off and then back on the sum total of 68 little caps, at least half of them with the wire fighting me the whole way. Last, I saw in some reviews that they received dead lights; every light in my set worked properly the first time. Could not be happier with this purchase.
