Helpful for arthritis sufferers
I have arthritis in both shoulders and must sleep on my back to avoid shoulder pain. I have always been a side sleeper and had trouble adjusting. This pillow gives you the option of sleeping in any position but facilitates sleeping on your back and I have found that to be extremely helpful. I recommend it for anyone with arthritis in their shoulders, but it is comfortable in any sleeping position.

I like this pillow but let my mom borrow it for one night since she was the one who gifted it to meโฆ I have not seen it since so if you order make sure to grab two just incase

Excellent Quality
The included cooling pillowcase is soft, breathable, and really does help regulate temperature, especially during warmer nights. I stay cool and cozy all night long, which is a big plus. Great anatomic
Even I was sceptical this pillow became my favorite thing. I don't have any neck or back pain, adjust perfect to my head. I feel rested and happy in the morning. As described and better. Worth money and definitely helps a lot.

WAY TOO SOFT
Not for me. It was way too soft and I left like there was no support. Could be a personal choice but I was expecting it to be more firm. I did wait about 2 days before I used it. Going to see if anyone else I know likes a very soft pillow. Really wanted this to work as I had bought a shaped pillow several years ago that I really like and it is very firm for my neck.

Comfortable
Good product for people who frequently wake up with tension headaches because of pillow positioning. If you get your neck right in the sweet spot itโs super comfortable and easy on the neck and spinal area. Good start to some good rest at night, do recommend.
