HP cartridges just work.
Genuine Hewlett-Packard ink cartridges. The first thing my printer checks is if they are genuine HP cartridges. If not, they won't work because of HP security. Read the reviews about 3rd party ink cartridges not working because of HP security. Some do, some don't. HP cartridges always work and that's why I buy them. Yes, they're expensive. But that's on HP, not Amazon vendors.

High price but solved issue
Printer decided it worksheet use anything but hp toner due to the chip in them. Attempts to circumvent did not work. These solved the problem. Toner prices in general are ridulous though.

Ink cartridges for printer
I had purchased an off brand set of inks for my printer. My printer started not printing correctly and it turned out to be the off brand cartridges were the problem. I received the order quickly and am back printing.

Good OEM reliability
OEM HP ink product was as described online, arrived as promised, and worked well out of the box. Better reliability than 3rd party, printer compatible ink we previously purchased and wasted money that quit working after a few weeks despite still being near full in cartridge.

No Generic Ink for HP printer
This is the genuine HP ink. Some printers won't work with the generic.

save yourself a lot of money
we use a pack of ink at least once a month, decided to try this as a substitute. only 25% of the HP product and i cant tell the difference either in colour or in longevity

Do you want to take a chance on after market?
Purchased OEM cartridge set as I believe that perhaps the previous after-market cartridge may have damaged my print head. Prior to replacing, the printer worked fine and now the yellow cartridge is corrupt. My printer is an obsolete model and HP doesn't service it any longer. I suggest caution when you use replacement due to the fact that manufacturers are aware that after marketers are eating into their main source of income. It appears that you pay the price or buy a new printer!
