i not sure but you need to buy the long potatoes so put on 1 potatoes inside and cut see how many pieces come out and then multiply by the number of the persons you have over the game best coking those potatoes is inside the oven .i am just a home cook.

Will this fit a Weston French Fry Cutter?

I can't tell by looking at it. Online they don't give the demensions of the overall size. They do say you can contact the seller New Star Foodservice Inc. and they can tell you if it will fit the Weston.

Does it come with the screws?

yes it does in fact they appear to be stainless steel. Just used it the other day. Three screws for the cutting portion and the push block has two also stainless steel
