Exceeds expectations; even more beautiful in person
Absolutely fabulous. I can't wait to give this to a friend who loves owls, but the mug exceeded all expectations. Most mugs have an image painted on; this one is actually dimensional. The glazes are beautiful. It's also a substantial size. Absolutely love everything about it!

I bought this owl mug in March 2, 2022 and I still love it! It’s so cute and well made. The colors are beautiful. I like the weight and balance when it is full of coffee or tea, I like how comfortable it is in my hand when drinking from it. When I’m drinking from it with my mouth on the front between the owl ears, it’s so comfortable with no dripping, it has a comfortable curve right where I drink! I am thinking of ordering more. I hope each cup are little different in color so I can use them with guest, and people will know who’s cup when drinking from it. I put mine in the top rack of the dishwasher and never had a problem, it washes up well. I think it’s a great value for the money.

I had an issue with the mug. There was a gouge right at the base of the handle where it connects with the mug. burton + Burton was absolutely great in handling my issue. After they accessed my pictures of the problem, I got a new mug within a day! Great company and I will always feel confident when ordering something from them. They surely stand behind their products!
