Surprisingly, I had no problems. Calibrated well, measures correctly within specifications. Helped me fermenting salami to perfection. I trust the reading after checking with titrated standard buffers. Use storage solution for the probes! Excellent probe for the price.

I purchased this and a calibration pack. It was easy enough to set up and calibrate. Accuracy seems reasonable. Worth watching the videos on Youtube. A surprise was that this has Bluetooth and an app to allow remote operation. Again. Check out the Youtube videos as bluetooth is not even mentioned in the manual or description

Really great PH probe... I use mine for fermenting foods like Sauerkraut... Really easy to set up, and test using the PH pouches... Gives good readings.

It won't calibrate correctly. Directly after calibrating with the included solutions, when I test it again in the same solutions, it's not 4 and 7pH as it should be.

Works great for making vinegar

Works fine, needs calibration quite often but comes with quite a good amount of calibration liquids. Very good for the price. No instructions in english, asked support for it but have not received an answer 2 weeks later so had to resort to AI translation.

Ich habe dieses Jahr angefangen, Sauerteigbrot zu backen. Dabei hatte ich immer Schwierigkeiten festzustellen, ob mein Teig ausreichend fermentiert und damit backbereit ist oder nicht. Durch das Messen des pH-Wertes habe ich nun eine einfache und schnelle Hilfe zur besseren Einschätzung. Habe die Elektrode bisher auch nur einmal kalibrieren müssen, weil ich diese etwas länger nicht benutzt habe. Das hat problemlos mit den mitgeschickten Lösungen funktioniert. Ist ein tolles Produkt, um ein spannendes Hobby zu unterstützen!
