This is one of the better vegan chocolates that I've tasted. My family has a lot of food allergies and some of the harder ones are dairy and soy. But there's no sacrifice for good rich flavor and smooth texture with this chocolate. I most recently used it to make allergy friendly homemade candy bars for my Mom. The chocolate melted great and retained it's good texture and flavor after heated and poured in molds or used to coat candy fillings. A handful of this chocolate is also a great add in to brownies. It's a little pricey but you are getting a high quality product and I feel it's worth the cost.

These are my favorite non dairy chocolate chips. They melt well and work fork for all baking needs. It is a very good quality chocolate. Although it is more expensive than other brands, It is worth the price.

My favorite chocolate in this whole world for anyone who has food allergies this is literally your go to. It’s rich it’s creamy. It has all the tastings of a dairy chocolate, but it’s literally Vegan which makes an amazing. The melting time does take a while, but you will need to use coconut oil to help you with melting it.

Truely cannot tell the difference between these and ones with milk. Melt great for smores and perfect in choc chip cookies. A biy expensive but the taste makes it worth it!

The quality of these chocolate chips are amazing! Tastes like real high end chocolate and the ingredients are A+. I buy these year round and I am so excited that they are now available with a kosher for Passover marking. Now all my Passover desserts will taste even better. Thank you California gourmet!

I've used other vegan chips, but these are the best. I melt them over a double boil if using just as chocolate, but the chips are wonderful in chocolate chip cookies. The flavor tastes like expensive dark chocolate.

These were fantastic. A great alternative for those of us who need to avoid soy. The kids and I have enjoyed cookies, muffins and even pancakes using these!
