The media could not be loaded. This stuff is incredible. I pretty much exclusively pump at this point and was having so much pain before I started drinking this breast feeding essentials. I used to have to use a hot pack to help with pain, which was annoying, and honestly, my nipples were already sore. With this drink mix, I don’t have any pain with pumping, I don’t have any soreness after, AND I don’t even need any hot packs anymore. The best part is that you only need to drink one to two boxes. Well worth the money for anyone who pumps!

I didn't care for the taste. I didn't use it long enough to confirm the results because the taste was not for me.

It's like with every other herbal product, results vary from person to person, and not everyone can handle the flavor. I think the flavor is fine, but I also drink a lot of teas and tinctures. This product did what it said it would so its a win in my book regardless of flavor. I would say give it a fighting chance. It's a great value for money, especially if it helps your milk supply even a little bit.

The packaging really fools you. It's all pink and glittery and a nice quality little box that pulls open on the side. Then you get to the actual powder. The first time I drank it I was reminded of a bullion cube without salt. After the first day or two you get used to it more. It's still gross and tastes like roots and cloves. Looks like cinnamon. Then there is the fact that you have to drink it 3x a day. I did it for the entirety of the box. I can say it made me regular and I had easy poops but I didn't notice any difference in my milk supply. It's a shame because I was very hopeful as my supply dropped drastically which is why I tried this powder. Maybe others will have better luck. Either way, drink it hot. It's way more tolerable.

The flavor is not the worst, but I did not find it pleasant. The smell is not that bad, and the powder is pretty fine and easy to mix.I finished the entire box and had no increase in my low supply, so I cannot attest to it's claims to do so.

The taste is unusual but you may get used to it.
