Review after 1 month of use: I bought it in the Amazon Great Indian Sale and it cost me ₹899. At this price I really found a good neckband. PROS: ● Its build up quality is good. It is flexible and does not prick the ears. ● Sound quality is quite good, bass seemed OK to me, noise cancellation feature is also good. ● Beast Mode is awesome. There is fun in playing games. ● Sound does not cut off even during calling, clear sound is given, just network should be good. ● Magnetic ON/OFF feature is also amazing. ● Battery life is better. It is good for it's long run. CONS: ● It is a little small for my neck size. ● Earplugs fall out of the ears easily. ● I have never bought a neckband before but have used some good earphones, in which the sound quality and bass were very good. There was a good sound even at 5 or 6. The number on this page is kept at 9 or 10.

i like the design and quality of the neckband. only i did not like the touch control it would be better if company provide buttons instead of touch control.sometimes they are not working as expected. only for the touch control i am giving 4 star out of 5 ratings.battery life is very good , i have been using this product since last 1 year its durable . sound quality is awesome. its very comfortable to wear and listen songs for long time

The best part in this neckband is it doesn't have on/off button, its a magnetic smartband to turn it on magnetic buds needs to be separated and to turn it off attach the magnetic buds. Although the sound quality is not that good but the vocals were clear treble is medium and bass is not that boomy sound quality wise i ll say it just does the job. Now about call quality the person at the other end was able to hear me properly there were no issues u guys can talk with ur partners for long time there will be no issues i guess.For gamers it has dedicated beast mode with 65 ms ltency which really does the job but i feel if the treble was high it would be much better for gamers to hear footsteps and gun sound and the fitting of the neckband is also nice. Overall i ll say for 999 if ur getting this neckband in a offer time just go for it but for 1299 if want quality sound try searching a better one.

The product has been purchased less than a month back and already, it is not functioning. There has not been any damage caused to the product, it simply stopped working on its own, all of a sudden. Neither getting charged nor getting switched on. The real ordeal started thereafter. I have been trying to upload the invoice since the last three days. Boat’s customer service system is finding some fault or other in the process. Finally, when the invoice got successfully uploaded, the customer service system says number of attempts exceeded so ticket closed. I have also been trying to get in touch with the company’s customer service team since the last three days. The customer service system is running in a loop and till date we have not even been able to effectively communicate our issue to your team. Pathetic product and the worst customer service that I have experienced so far. Boat’s after sales/customer service is so bad that it ought to be called customer disservice. Please save yourself all the trouble by not buying such poor quality product.
