I highly recommend it; it really heats up and produces a good amount of steam. It helps me de-stress, soothes my muscles, and opens my pores for exfoliation. Afterwards, it leaves my skin very soft.

WORKS GREAT! This sauna was super easy to assemble and use. I am a small person and the chair worked out well for me, but it is small and held me at 110 lbs, but would not be comfortable for a large person. The steam/sauna worked well and it has been very easy to use and portable. It is stable when assembled.. The zippers are quality, fabric thick and good quality. I have had no problems using this sauna. I recommend it!

Just received this the other day, so i can't speak to longevity yet, but will update after more use. For the price and the positive reviews I thought I'd give it a try before buying and installing a larger wood unit in the workout area in my basement. Initial impression is, it's super easy to set up, took like 15 minutes. My son and I have both used it (separately since it's a one man sauna). It takes about 15 minutes to start producing steam, but it gets hot. He did 25 minutes and I did 20 at level 9, and we were both soaked at the end and ready to get out. We both felt relaxed after. Only negatives that I can think of so far is no cleaning instructions in the manual, but I'm sure that can be looked up. I just plan on wiping it down after every use, and cleaning thoroughly when needed. The chair is also pretty small, but i put in one of my camping chairs. Also put essential oil in the steamer, and some battery powered lights so you can see in there since it can get pretty dark once the windows steam up. If this thing holds up, it's great value for the price. People thinking this is going to have every amenity will be disappointed. It does have a pocket on it inside and outside for phones etc. It's a great starter sauna. Update: After two weeks of usage between myself and my two boys, I'm still very happy with this purchase. We use it frequently after workouts, and it's holding up great so far.

OK, so here’s the pros in the cons. So far so good. Very easy to set up only took about 10 minutes. Very well insulated and gets nice and steamy on the inside. I love that. It has the zipper window because it does get rather hot and I might need a break sometime. The cons.; take at least 10 minutes to warm up. It’s so annoying because when you’re ready to go, you’re ready to go. Also, the chair is super small and is very low to the ground. Other than that an excellent bargain for the money, does what it’s supposed to and works well. I just wish it would heat up quicker. Also good to know my husband and I did stand in there together so we didn’t have to do two separate sessions. He is 6 foot about 230 pounds and I am 5 foot four 140 pounds. It was tight, but it worked.

The steamer units are great and setup is easy enough. The actual tent is rather flimsy and one of the internal pockets was half unattached under one of the plastic windows (Not that I can understand why someone would want to bring their electronic cellphone inside a steam tent). I don't think it will hold as much heat as I would want it to in the winter and will likely add a reflective tarp over it and other blankets to insulate it more completely. If you manage your expectations, this one is just fine for the money.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this portable sauna exceeded my expectations. It gets nice and warm, is easy to store when not in use, and feels sturdy. Great quality for the price!

Sauna came with no scratches. Very easy to assemble. I use distilled water to fill the generator and sometime, I add some essential oil like eucalyptus or pepermint. Get hot in about 15-20 minutes. Material does'nt seem cheap and the zipper are quite sturdy. It help in the evening before going to sleep and relax all my body after workout. Other spa look to be good on the market, but are 100-200$ more expensive and I don't think they have more to offer that this product. I highly recommand.
