The temperature can be adjusted by the remote control and overheat protectiom function will cutoff the power automatically when the temperature is too high. It is very safe to use and I don't need to worry about that my skin will be burnt. I really enjoy having a sauna after work. Only need half hour, the whole body feels so relax. I am a real person and I am not being paid for this. ITS LIGHTWEIGHT AND EASY TO MOVE AROUND, NO LEAKS, TOOK 10MINS TO SET UP and ASSEMBLE, THE CHAIR IS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE BUT STURDY. With that being said run dont walk and order you one. I ordered an extra steamer because I was scared it wouldn't be hot enough but boy was i wrong. The original gets me dripping in sweat. Plus the extra came broken so I sent it back and ordered a new one. The original one is working great and it steams up really well. This is a plus for in home wellness and I wish I ordered it way sooner. Also ordered the 3yr insurance plan for the steamer pot because of all the negative comments about it cracking and how it stops working. If anything changes I promise to come back with an update cause this is an A+ for the price.

Honestly surprised at how well this works. Set up was done in less then 10 minutes. Heats up in about that time. Husband I have both used it each 2 times for 45 minutes each time. The amount of sweat pouring off us is crazy!!! Very happy with it!!! Getting a red light for it and thermometer for it soon!!
