Sturdy and quality base mount to add-on, skip the phone holder part.
This review only applies the part that mounts to Defender's dashboard. The included phone holder seems kind of useless, and my intention was never use that part anyway but build my own mount using this as the base to connect to the dashboard and for that it's excellent. The mount part is sturdy aluminum and fits well to the dashboard when direction video is followed but it needs to be in correct angle. The removable ball adapter does not seem to be any RAM mount standard size, measured 17mm diameter but as it's threaded to the mount (M6 thread) can be replaced. So get yourself M6 threaded RAM ball adapter and arms and mount the phone holder you want to those!

Did not fit 2023 Defender 90
This seemed like a sturdy, well made product and the concept is great, but it would not mount to my 2023 Defender 90. At its fully tightened position it is about 1/8th inch too loose to grip the dash and just falls off.

Doesnโt fit my defender 90 2025
Does not fit my defender 90 2025!!! Watched the videos and also had several others look to see if I was doing something wrong. It does not work. But otherwise looks well made.

IT DEFINITELY FITS! YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE VIDEO! At first I didn't think this thing fit but then I watched the video (that is in the ad like one of the photos) and it made perfect sense. Love this phone holder. I switched out the phone cradle with a magnetic holder, but the mount itself is great.

Item doesn't fit or work properly.
The item didn't fit properly on my 2024 Defender. Wasted my money on something based on description and didn't work at all.
