Menstrual Regulation
Truly feel like this helped give me the jumpstart to get to back on my period and is effective. After 4 years with nexplanon(birth control) and no period I was told it could take 2-4 months to come back but yet it took me 8 months. I also did a yoni steam with it before I even drank it and will be doing one every so after. Now that I have my period I’m definitely using it for its other amazing benefits and purpose. It is very thick when left in fridge. Otherwise it taste great, I still have sachets left.

Nice tea. Can drink without sweeteners and it's best to drink during menstruation if you normally feel alot of pain and cramps. It reduces all of that and bloating
