I was initially nervous about purchasing this product because I had some doubts about its authenticity. ZO’s official website states that they do not sell their products through Amazon, so I was a little hesitant. After receiving and inspecting the product, however, it appears to be authentic.That said, this product is absolutely worth the price. I noticed a difference in my skin after the very first application. The glow and luminosity are incredible, and even while my skin is going through the “recovery” phase, it looks noticeably better.However, this is a very strong product, and I would not recommend starting it without dermatological supervision, especially if you have never used a high-strength retinol before.The texture is thick and very silicone-like. Normally, that type of texture would make me nervous because I have acne-prone skin, even though my acne is currently under control. This is another reason why I think professional guidance is important when introducing this product.My dermatologist instructed me to start with only one application per week for the first month to month and a half, using three pumps on each application day.I have only used it once so far, but I can already tell that it is a powerful treatment. Around two days after the first application, my skin started to peel and became quite irritated. Using a barrier-repairing moisturizer such as Cicaplast B5 has been essential for me during this process.Despite the irritation and peeling, I have to say that the results are impressive even while my skin is recovering. The glow, brightness and overall appearance of my skin are spectacular.I definitely recommend this product, but I would strongly recommend using it under the guidance of a dermatologist and introducing it very slowly. This is not a gentle retinol for beginners, but if your skin can tolerate it, the results look very promising.

I’ll use this every other week. Put some on on a Monday evening then a moisturiser, sometimes I’ll repeat the routine a second night. Don’t need too much as it goes on easy and a little goes a long way. About one to two days later your skin gets a little red then a day later you peel. Leaving behind clean clear even skin. It’s amazing. The key is to always moisturise throughout the process day and night. I’m always impressed by this product and the results. Been using it since 2019.

I was able to lighten my melasma that was around my eyes significantly in about 3 days. I mixed with my prescription to get that smooth texture.
