Review: Customer Service is outstanding - Customer service is key to any business and these folks delivered. Upon arrival, problems were encountered. No request for the unlock code and no service. Consumer Cellular is the provider and claimed that they did not support Kyocera phones, even after I had confirmed they did prior to this purchase. I contacted the seller who was very sympathetic, reassured that yes Consumer Cellular does in fact support this phone. They offered several options over several days via messaging through desertcart. None worked. Adding a new APN into the phone sounded like a good option, but the phone would not let me save said new wizardry. Frustration levels were high on my end after repeated contact with them and Consumer Cellular. The problem ended up being that there was indeed nothing wrong with the phone, Consumer Cellular had de-activated the Sim card from the old phone. Also a Kyocera from my time with AT&T they let me bring to their company. The new one activated on their system, but not on the phone. A new Sim was requested. Surprise! once received, Consumer Cellular contacted to activate it, the phone was then operational. My apologies that this is long, but after reading all of the negative reviews about this phone I thought it necessary. A kudos to Travis, who beared with me offering support and troubleshooting for days. I am very happy with this phone and would recommend it to others. Do not take your cell phone providers word that it is the phone and not their inabilities.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nearly indestructible

My husband is very hard on phones, he used to go through a phone a year or more (dumb phones only). This is the second Kyocera he's had, the first one lasted 4 years. He's a welder so he works in a machine shop and with it being on a belt clip it gets banged up quite a bit. The last one went through the washing machine a few times, down the stairs due to the belt clip breaking one or twice as well. The washer and dryer turned out to be too much but the only issues the last one ever had was the battery was clearly wearing out towards the end. Highly recommend these phones if you're similarly hard on yours.
