It works, but in my pack of 6, one was only half full!

These are LIFE CHANGING. I bought a 6 pack of these to take with me to my first Disney World adventure, as I planned on many interesting dining experiences and utilizing my free drinks on my dining plan every chance I had. I spent my entire trip gleefully buzzed, and the next morning I had not a single symptom of a hangover! I am a chronically ill woman who has all but given up on drinking because of what it does to me the next day. Well, instead of laying around sore, sick and tired, I was up bright and early day walking 10+ miles like nothing happened. I couldn't recommend more. It works. I won't drink without these. For the cost of one mixed drink at the bar, avoiding taking away tomorrows happiness is worth it.

I was having severe gastric issues for more reasons than just drinking, certain foods would send me into what I call episodes and end up in the hospital. But alcohol would send me almost every time, I stopped drinking for a while but missed out on a lot of events just not wanting to be the downer haha. So, I purchased my first pack of Z biotics as a three pack, just to test it out and see if it would work for me and I have had no issues. It made me purchase the six pack and will be using every time I have a night out with hubby or friends so that I don’t end up in the hospital the next day. I highly recommend to anyone that has Gastro issues (when doctors say nothing is wrong) that likes to enjoy a drink every once in a while, but can’t do so otherwise! I did experiments with it: the first time I tried it I just drank wine coolers, nothing too serious. The second drink, I had liqour (tequila) again with no issues and the third time I mixed wine coolers and the tequila again a successful experiment with no issues no hangover symptoms of any kind, felt as I did when I would have a few drinks as an early 21-year-old🤣 I will say I never tried it on an empty stomach. I always ate something beforehand and even occasionally during, I was too scared to try it on an empty stomach lol

Holy crap, guys! I was super skeptical but I bought this product in a six-pack form for a cruise and it worked excellent. Read on. As someone who seems to get disproportionately severe hangovers relative to the amount that I drink and the fact that I'm in my upper 40s now and can't drink like I used to, it was actually getting to the point where I had all but stopped social drinking, which of course from a health perspective is a good thing. I'd like to be able to do the occasional medium to heavy drinking and not fear for a multi-day major hangover. On cruises it's particularly bad because I'll end up drinking really heavily and meeting new friends and having a good old time and then I end up missing excursions the next day because I'm so sick. So for my most recent cruise I ended up ordering a six pack of this stuff after hearing it repeatedly on some of the podcasts I listen to and then seeing some positive reviews on here. I drank super heavy, probably embarrassingly so, for the first three days of the cruise and I was careful to take this product an hour before I started each day. I was able to actually keep up with everybody three days in a row of heavy drinking. That's the first time I've been able to do that and possibly 25 years. I'm not saying drinking like that is okay or advisable but I've gotta say I was skeptical of this product and it really delivered. I'm always going to have a stash of this in my pantry going forward. For people that are really sensitive to alcohol and get very hung over with the morning vomiting and feeling poisoned all day, this stuff is a godsend.

This has literally changed my life. In recent years, I’ve started to dread occasions where alcohol is served because of how horrible I feel the following day(s). Simply drinking one glass of wine could take me a week to feel back to normal. The problem is that I LOVE to drink- while I’m drinking. I’m an over-thinking introvert and alcohol is a relaxing social lubricant for me. The social aspect of having a cocktail with colleagues or enjoying a refreshing glass of wine outside on a hot summer day, is genuinely one of my life’s great simple pleasures. I’m healthy, exercise, and truly believe the overall social bonding impact of drinking alcohol in moderation, far outweighs its negative health effects. With that being said, this aspect of my life has become a continual struggle due to the physical and mental doom of the days immediately thereafter. I was listening to a podcast recently and overheard someone mention ZBiotics and I figured I would literally try ANYTHING to help alleviate the hangover scaries. I can’t tell you how dramatically this has impacted my life! I still drink moderately, hydrate, eat, and take an Advil before bed but when I wake up the next day- it’s a miracle. The physical difference I feel is quite unbelievable. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this remarkable product. I keep it with me at all times now and have recommended it to anyone who will listen.
