Thank Goodness
I cannot get this anywhere locally so thrilled that I could get it on amazon. This is a spice blend that I grew up with. It would be boiled with very milky, strong sweet tea. I no longer drink tea this way but longed for the flavour of the spices. Now I add a pinch of this in with my rooibosh green tea and it is an ideal and scrummy hot drink. I do not like regular green tea as it is a bit bitter. After much experimenting with hot drinks I found the perfect cuppa!

Authentic chai
This masala chai tastes really authentic! I was craving chai since my recent trip to India and this tastes exactly the same- better than some I had tasted out there! I make mine with oat milk, black tea and sweeten with maple syrup. If I’m feeling flash then i put a chunk of coconut cream in there... delish!!

Beste Medizin gegen Halsschmerzen
Ich habe Spicy Chai Masala vor ein paar Jahren in Indien gekauft und seitdem ist es mein treuester und zuverlässigster Begleiter bei Erkältungen und insbesondere Halsschmerzen. Da sich meines nun dem Ende neigt, bin ich sehr froh, dieses hier gefunden zu haben, welches vom Geruch und Geschmack her identisch ist. Kann mehrmals aufgebrüht werden und hält von der Menge her (zumindest bei mir) sehr lange.

1. Standard-Teebeutel in den 500ml-Mug. 2. 2 Prisen vom Masala-Pulver dazu. 3. mit heißem Wasser aufgießen. 4. nach Geschmack süßen (3 Tl. Erythrit sind genau richtig, aber Zucker geht auch). 5. Schluck Milch/Pflanzenmilch (Mandel, Soja)) dazu. 6. 3 Minuten ziehen lassen. 7. Umrühren. 8. Trinken.
