What size knee will it and who is it for?

The knee brace will fit a maximum upper thigh circumference of 20" [measured 3" above the knee] please refer to the fitting guide graphic above. It is not suitable for young children a minimum upper thigh of 14" is needed. .It is for men and women

The Ex-701 is an open patella style knee support brace. It is indeded to aid mild or moderate knee spains and strains, that are non severe in nature. The product is designed to aid in helping knee issues that may bebefit from external support.

How do I wash the item

You must only wash the item by hand in mild detergent and Luke warm water. If you machine wash and tumble dry it will degrade the item and lose its ability to attach itself using it can degrade the integrity of the neoprene

Can it be used for both knees?

Yes it can be used for either the left or the right knee universally
