I have thought this will be yet another product in my cupboard but I have been persistent with it and oh my do I love it! As someone with irregular periods all my life, it became the norm and I got a coil to avoid any surprises, but 6 months of these and my period it's on the dot, I have recommended it to all my friends!

I was on the pill for 10 years due to PCOS. Never had stable periods and also had been missing periods for 5 months if no hormones cure new used.I’m now40 and decide to go off the pill and see if things are still working in that department so I started taking this supplement for a few weeks before stopping. Well, after 30 days I had my first period and the following one was just after 28 days for the first time in my life. We’ll see how it pans out in the long run.No side effects. I was afraid I would have GI issues as I often have them as results of other medications so very happy so far! Exact 40:1 ratio between myo and chiro inositol. I take 3 pills in the morning and 3 in the evening as prescribed

I started with the Liquid form and got my period within 1week of use, which was a very normal period.I am trying the powder now, as was unable to get the liquid.So far, I have found it easy to take as well dissolving in water. The taste is tolerable as well.I am hopeful that it will regulate my period, as it is same constituents with the liquid.I have given a 4 because I loved the ease of using the Liquid.

I have been taking this for 2 months now just finished my first bottle taking 3x a day ,seems to be working periods came when expected no delays!!!

Got the right stuff and seems to help energy and some other pcos symptoms but the powder has a weird grainy feel and made drinking it hard.

Feel better for taking this the only down side is that I constantly need to poop not long after taking it in the morning don't know if that's normal 😂but generally I feel loads better more awake ,better energy levels.

This product has cut my sugary cravings massively, I have more energy and feel less fatigued and I have only been taking the product for 2 months! Yet to notice any improvement in cycles but it is still early 10/10 would recommend

Misleading info ‘! Leading you to believe you only need to take 3 capsules a day until you receive yhe box and it states 6 capsules if you want to meet the daily dosage reccomended ! 6 enormous capsules I may add ! Such false advertisement
