Is this azclastine spray that is what my doc recommended?

No. It is another product and is an antihistamine spray. Flonase is a steroid spray. Fluticasone propionate, the generic of Flonase, is also sold in another formulation, called Xhance, by prescription only for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. Azelastine is an antihistamine, which works by suppressing histamine—a protein that triggers the symptoms of an allergic reaction. Brand is AstePro.

how does this compare to Budesonide?
