These supplements have been very helpful in calming my perimenopause symptoms. As with all things you give it time like you would new meds.

I was so worried about the taste because it didn’t smell good to me lol. But it’s good! I added it in my decaf coffee with my brown sugar cinnamon oat creamer. It’s great. I’ll update when I really feel the difference, it’s only day two.

This product tastes amazing and mixes well in hot/cold beverages (I mix it in my iced matcha) , oatmeal, or in baking treats! I’m really glad that I made this purchase and will be ordering more. Since using it, I have noticed a difference in my mood and energy as well (previously diagnosed with PCOS).

Haven't noticed any benefits yet, but I haven't been taking it long enough. The taste is not fabulous. It definitely has that mushroom taste. I use 3/4 scoop in my hot coffee and I'm not sure I can go up to a full scoop everyday. I really enjoy morning coffee and this might not be drinkable daily. Might try in oatmeal instead to cover taste.

I'm always skeptical of trying edible items from Amazon -- but I've had no adverse reactions to this powder. The bag recommends to add it to coffee, so I did that... It was awful. I REALLY don't recommend that combo (but everyones taste buds are different). What I do recommend, and why I'm giving this a decent star rating, is the hot milk option. I used some barista oat milk and made it in my frother. That tasted really good, and I'm actually looking forward to winding down the evening with my third cup of the powder. I don't really believe that I'm going to notice a change with hormones, but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and update my review ONLY if I notice a major change in my mood. I think this powder is exceptionally expensive, and I don't think I would get it again paying out of pocket, but it seems everything in this category is ridiculously expensive, so I guess it isn't out of the range if you are familiar with these ingredients and want to give it a try for yourself. Flavor is your standard vanilla powder flavor -- in coffee it seemed bitter and had a bad aftertaste, but in hot milk (alternative milk) it tasted pleasant.

I have been consistently taking for 1month and 2 weeks with the Ladywell fertility+ egg heath and a 10,000 mcg biotin pill. I love it. My periods have reduced to exactly 4-5 days and that “period smell” is long gone, not to mention my heavy bleeding days have ceased 🙏🏽I have so much energy and my mood has did a complete 360. Thank you to the manufacturers of this brand and the combination of healthy ingredients. I really can not thank you enough! Quality is A1 ❤️

LOVE this supplement! ❤️ I have tried so many supplements for hormone balance and this is only one that has worked for me. I think it’s because of the formula being a mix of herbs, functional mushrooms, vitamins and amino acids. Most supplements of this kind only contain a few herbal ingredients, and they just don’t do the job. I can tell Ladywell uses high-quality ingredients. I’m well versed in herbalism and nutrition, so I know the ratios in this are impressive. Super great value for the money. Definitely recommend this to anybody looking to balance hormones, TTC or in perimenopause. Like any supplement, you have to take it consistently for a while but it’s worth it! I mix in their latte mix version for some variation in my week. It’s also super effective (and tasty).
