Heys America Hello Kitty Tween Spinner Luggage (Pink)

So bummed. This arrived, very cute, seemed solid. Literally the minute I pulled up the puller it disconnected from the base (see photos). I had to take it on the trip anyway as we were leaving the next day, and then that same broken pulling piece jammed, and I couldn’t get it higher then the lowest setting. Terrible, would love my money back. Have been buying some really crappy things on Amazon lately- I wish they would screen products a bit...

Handle broke on the very first trip and getting the warranty to work with Heys is a real struggle; one month after submitting it still no satisfaction!

I gave this as a gift to my niece, and she loved it so much. Its has a decent compartment for a good week vacation. I love it too.

After I bought this product Amazon emailed me asking to give a review. This was before I had even had a chance to use it. But I did mention in my review that the product looks very cute but the handle seems very very weak. So, now after the second trip, right before I was going to board the plan (return flight) with my 3yo daughter, the handle came right off. It's totally identical to the pictures that some of other buyers have posted. The collapsible handle is very very weak and flimsy. Give it one star.
