Thanks for your time - Marilyn** A: Mind you, this is a large bag and depending on how much and how often you use it, it can last you either a few months or a long time.If stored properly, this will keep for a long time. So there really is nothing to worry about. Once you open it, break it up into smaller air tight containers or ziplock bags (which ever is preferable) and store them in a cool, dry place preferably out of the light.
