TPS reports for days.
Don’t get “PC Load Letter” errors. Get an HP laser printer. Trust me I have been in IT for over 20 years and HP is the one company that makes consistently good laser printers. It just prints things in black and white and does so reliably. No frills no nonsense to go wrong. Hit print. It prints. Sad to say but that’s all it really takes to make HP stand head and shoulders over the crowd in laser printers. Seriously I have a LaserWriter II from the 90’s that still works… HP knows how to make a print engine.

Very, very dissatisifed
Sleep mode not working properly, throws in 5 or 6 blank sheets on every print job. I have had 500 & 600 series printers for years, no problems, this thing is a wreck!

Printer worked as expected. Packaged received with no damage ...
Printer worked as expected. Packaged received with no damage from post office. Provided CD does not find printer with Windows 10 (Network), must use Windows printer install function to find printer and complete installation. Unable to use added features from software installation. I would buy it again!

Awesome Printer
Prints out quickly and toner lasts a long time. Great for small businesses'.

Not geared for heavy activity
Won't give it one star as the print quality is good and when it prints it is fast. But that's the problem...I've tried to print files and it sits in a buffer waiting to print. When going to print a document, it may print immediately or it may take 5-10 minutes to print. When someone sends you an email with 3-4 .pdfs attached, it could take 20 minutes for them to print. Either this printer has way too little memory, or it is a just a bad setup. And no, it is not because it is in sleep mode. And be forewarned - it does not have an option for the extra large toners. For those of us who can have periods where you go through an extra large toner in a 2-3 week period at times, this is not for you.
