I purchased this Philips trimmer not knowing what to expect, I think the trimmer is brilliant but the usb cable does not come with a UK plug I had to buy a UK usb shaver plug adapter to put in the bathroom. I would like to see them include a UK usb shaver adapter it would be alot better of they did imho.

Stopped working 6 weeks after purchase. Completely dead, multiple charging options tried but it’s dead-dead. Seller declined to do anything about it and simply said to eff off and take it up with Phillips, who by the way can only be contacted at times when normal people have a job.

I purchased this to trim my genitals and legs. I had previously relied on a popular brand that had worked for many years, but after many genital 'knicks' I decided to replace.Initially this did a great job of the dangle-sack and 'wobble wand', but after progressing to the right leg it started to falter. By leg 2 it was completely blunt and not cutting any hair at all. I have had to revert to my other brand to complete. Thankfully I still had the old brand or my next swimming lesson would have been interesting.All of these brands are the sane. They all buzz and cut some hair. This is particularly bad as my old one has not become blunt in 20 years. This did after 1 ball and half a leg.Very, very poor.I'll be dangling my berries elsewhere in future.

I didn't want to spend this much money for a trimmer I basically used infrequently for chest hair, but it seemed like the best option. And then my hair loss progressed and I started buzzing my head too. So I use it more than I intended (like every week or two). It's great. Comes with all the cutters and guards you could want and feels well built in the hand. Performs very well. The most amazing thing might be the longevity of a charge. I seriously think I've been using it for like a year on one battery charge. Not sure how that's possible, but seems to be.
