Zinus 10 Inch Queen Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress, Medium Firm Feel

WHAT THE HECK! This mattress isn’t good; it’s not great; it’s incredible for the price. It checks all the health and wellness boxes I look for. No fiberglass, CertiPUR US certified foam, an OEKO-TEX certified cover, great pressure relief, and truly excellent support. It is firm, but it is so incredibly comfortable and supportive. You feel like your entire body is being held in exactly the right position. It contours without swallowing you, and when the person next to you moves, you barely feel it. I honestly do not understand how they made a mattress this good at this price. You simply cannot beat it.

I’m very happy with this mattress. It was easy to set up, expanded quickly, and had very little odor after opening. The memory foam provides excellent support while still feeling soft and comfortable. I’ve been sleeping much better since I started using it. It helps reduce pressure points, and I wake up feeling more rested with less back discomfort. The mattress stays comfortable throughout the night and offers great motion isolation, which is helpful if you share the bed. For the price, the quality exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive, and affordable option.

I've owned this mattress for about six months. I purchased it based on a previous positive experience with a larger Zinus model, and on the recommendation of an Airbnb host, so I considered it a proven, reliable choice. The mattress began sagging in the center within the first few months of use. The sagging has progressively worsened. For context, I am a below-average-weight woman, so this is not a use case that should stress a mattress. Additionally, one corner never fully expanded to the same height as the other three after unboxing. I contacted Zinus customer service, described my experience, and submitted the photographs attached to this review. They did not offer an explanation for either issue. Both the progressive sagging and the uneven expansion were deemed within acceptable quality variance for this product. No remedy was offered. The 10-year warranty Zinus advertises did not apply here under their interpretation of acceptable variance. Buyers should read the fine print carefully before purchasing with warranty coverage as a factor in their decision. I can no longer recommend this mattress. I purchased it specifically because of my previous experience with the product and Zinus' good reputation. It appears that the good reputation of both the product and warranty were built on prior products and no longer reflects what they deliver or stand behind.

This memory foam mattress is superb. It's firm but Soft and it doesn't take long to feel "settled in", even when you change sleep positions. It's subtle. The spring back is just as subtle. Firm but very soft to the touch and I did not feel movement from my husband as he slept. Had this mattress for about 2 weeks now and I haven't slept better. Love it.

This bed is comfortable but beware- its hard as a rock when on a proper boxspring. I really suffered with headache/neck issues for 2 weeks after sleeping on it due to a terrible flat pillow combined with this mattress. I then bought a specialty support pillow, mattress pads (2) and I was fine. So just please be aware, this is a VERY firm mattress. It might not work with your old pillows, so make sure you have a pillow/padding that is adequate so you do not suffer like I did. Otherwise, the mattress is very well made and a quality bed. It was much firmer than I anticipated.

So far so good. The mattress decompressed quickly and there was no odor. It’s advertised as Medium firm. I’d say it’s on the firm side, which is okay with me. The top layer does yield a bit when you lie on it, so I assume it’s going to be comfortable. The mattress is in a guest room, so I haven’t slept on it. I sleep on a Tempur-pedic mattress, and this one isn’t comparable, but I didn’t think it would be. It was affordable, seems substantial and well made, and I’m very satisfied. One thing to note. Documentation inside the shipping box said the mattress should be unpacked and allowed to decompress within 72 hours of delivery. I got the small box version. If this is correct, I think online information should emphasize this. It was news to me.

Very comfy at first, but within three months (rotating every month), I had a sunken spot in the middle. Soft, quiet, and good fabric. It fit the full size bed frame perfectly. Unfortunately it traps heat and sinks in the middle pretty quick. It’s been 9ish months and it’s only gotten a bigger dent. I try to sleep on each side but the uneven surface has me rolling to the center sometimes

Bed is good. Got it for my 4year olds room. Material and comfort are great. Seems to be good quality. I appreciate the ease of the mattress as I hate how thick mattresses seem to be these days! It is on the firm side but since it’s thinner you still have the option of a topper if you need to sink in more.

I’ve been using this mattress since 2019, and it has been amazing. The foam has stayed firm and supportive over the years without losing its shape. I was so happy with the quality and comfort that I ended up ordering two more mattresses. Highly recommend!

Very reasonable price and very comfortable

If you are in need of a mattress buy this NOW! Especially while it’s on sale but even if not it’s FANTASTIC! I was skeptical because I am a big man like 300 lbs and I had the best sleep in years. No hip back or usual shoulder pain. I competed in many sports and spent my life in the gym. I thought it would not hold my weight. But absolutely awesome! I’m actually thinking about buying another so I have it when it’s replacement time. And give it a minimum 18hrs before first sleep, and over the next few days it will get to its full capability.

Feels like I am laying on a rock. I didn’t think it would be THIS FIRM!!! Returning this is gonna be a lot of work again. DONT BUY if you are looking for a softer mattress. I bought this based on the feedbacks here but yeah no def much much firmer than I thought.
