RORRY CharmGo Portable Charger, 5000mAh Portable Charger Power Bank

This is a great charger. It charges multiple devices at the same time. It’s small, light weight and fits in my purse. Charges fast. I highly recommend it.

Great product. Works for phone, watch and headphones. Slim and easy to hook on side of purse. Need C wall plug in to charge that does not come with.

I’ve been using this portable charger lately, and it’s been super convenient, especially when I’m out running errands or traveling. It charges my phone quickly and holds enough power for multiple charges. It feels solid, not too bulky, and easy to carry.

Ok this is a must buy!! The slim design was amazing fit in my small bag, the magnetic connection was great and very easy to use. The built in cables saved me . It was very reliable. It did not over heat or get hot in use. Good buy!

I like this charger- it charges very quickly, it’s compact so you can just put it in your pocket, it’s easy to use, and it’s compatible with anything that has an iPhone charger port or a c charging port. If it’s a magnet and is supposed to magnetize to the phone, I haven’t noticed it. It stays close to the phone itself bc of the cord length. No issues with connecting it, I just wish the charge would last longer. If your phone is at 30% and you connect it to the portable charger, it decreases the portable charger’s battery very quickly

I purchased two 5000mAh portable chargers for my and my partners' iPhones. After receiving the chargers, I submitted the information requested by the RORRY company to get an extended warranty for the chargers. After receiving my information, Rorry customer service staff contacted me to get some information about the sale and to see how the charger was working. By then, I had used the 5000mAh chargers on several occasions to charge my iPhone 17 Max Pro. However, the chargers only partially charged the phone (to between 80-90% of full). The customer service reps said that the power banks can only provide a 60-70% charge to a phone because part of a charger's capacity is lost to "circuit heat and voltage conversions." While the 5000 mAh charger can charge an iPhone 15 once, it is unlikely to be able to charge an iPhone 17 Pro Max, which has a larger battery capacity. The customer service reps offered to send me an upgraded charger (D2-10000mAh) that has an enhanced capacity and charging speed. I accepted the 10000mAh charger. It charged the iPhone 17 Pro Max to 100%. However, on some subsequent charges, it charged the phone to less than 100% (low 80s). As the charger was not completely discharged, I removed the phone from the charger and re-attached the two without charging the phone somewhere else and without recharging the charger. Two times when I did this, the phone finished charging to 100%. The RORRY customer service reps suggested that the stopping of charging when using the RORRY charger might be related to having "Optimal battery Charging" turned on. They suggested turning the setting off temporarily to test that theory. I haven't done that yet. The rep also suggested making sure that the charger and phone should be located on a cool, hard surface to ensure proper heat dissipation. That was already being done. Finally, the rep suggested that I should completely discharge the power bank and recharge it again before using it to charge the phone battery to calibrate the charger's battery meter. I haven't done not yet done that either. Lessons learned: 1. Be careful that you choose a charger that was built to charge the battery of the phone you were using. 2. Try the suggestions provided by the customer service reps. I still need to try some of those recommendations. 3. I was very impressed with the support I received from the RORRY customer service rep team. I am often unable to communicate with customer service if I have a problem with a purchase. 4. Also note that the 5000mAh chargers successfully charge my partner's iPhone 14 Pro Max phone with no problems.

I loved this portable charger, and would give it a 5 star review, except for this one little issue that is a huge issue because I can’t use it anymore for my phone . . . I had it on my keyring, which is nice for easy access, and a guarantee I’d always have it, but for my iPhone 13, it didn’t like the charger anymore after Disney! I’m not sure if it was a wet ride, or just out in the rain, but only a month after getting it, it won’t work with my phone anymore. My phone still uses the regular charging cord on here, so not sure about the USB-C cord, but I was so upset about it because I did live it so much!

This is my go to powerbank whenever I’m out. I’ve used it for quite a while and it’s still going strong. The built in cables, key ring, light weight and compact size makes it really easy and convenient to travel with. It’s great to only have to bring one power bank charger to charge my iphone and my watch on my recent trip. Had enough juice to charge both devices. Best part was not having to lug extra cables. I’ve had other brand powerbank with built in cables and the cable would stop working defeating the purpose. This brand is much more durable. Would highly recommend!

The best portable power bank I’ve ever used! It is small enough to fit in your handbag, you can attach it to your bag with your charms, or even add it to your keychain! It’s so lightweight and compact, and can even charge my Apple Watch! It has a USB C, and Lighting cables attached, and a USB C Input/Output. Must have item for content creators, we always need power on the go!
