It does have several types of seeds - pumpkin, chia, flax and sesame. This granola has a great flavor and is good as a snack or with milk. Enjoy. **Q: Serving size is 1.3 ounces??** A: the bag weights 1.22 pounds and has 15 servings, which are 37 g, however I do not know how much that is exactly. I've been using about a third of a cup which may be slightly over. **Q: Does this have any type of sweetner?** A: What a snoot... answerer #1 (G.P. Lowe).....just don't comment next time. I break apart any large chunks into smaller pieces, and they’re softened with the yogurt. I find this granola less hard and crunchy than traditional. It is pricey, but so is obesity, which I’m trying to decrease in myself.
