Backpacker Clip

Looks and feels quite good. Hope clip lasts as I had a previous clip watch that moving part broke off, though it could be replaced with a heavier duty clip. Was going put on a face protection glass but the glass is not flat but domes out from the sides. Well hope this is more durable glass than the usual cheep Chinese clip watches that the face glass breaks too easily. And I hope the Japanese movement keeps good time as the Chinese movements on some watches are terrible.

Excellent pocket watch. clipped onto leather belt leather belt strap makes it lomng enough to really go into pocket. Use it daily as apposed to wrist watch.

Absolutely love this purchase. Always wearing it wherever I go. Such a great alternative to having to wear a wrist watch.

This watch is what I wanted as I do not like wrist watches.

Glass fell off, contacted manufacturer under warranty as less than 12 months old no response.

Livré dans une boîte carton au arme de Dakota, cette dernière protége une boîte métallique à volet transparent présentant la montre dans son écrins ! Cette dernière est belle, mais surtout le crochet et la bande ne sont pas des pièces rapportées à la vas vite (ma crainte lors de l'achat) mais bien des éléments créés pour cette montre et en parfaite harmonie avec! Le chiffrage est dans le bon sens, et est clair ! Une belle pièce!

I like it a lot,, great not having something on your wrist when walking or playing golf, very easy to read and no more white wrist band from the suntan.

Outstanding features of this watch: * Has kept perfect time in the year and a half since I bought it * Doesn't need recharging all the time like a cell phone; it's been running off the original batteries for a year and a half * Works where there's no cell phone service (yes, those places still exist and I visit them frequently) * Great for those like myself who dislike wearing a wristwatch, but who still need to keep track of the time; it's more like a small, portable clock * Clips onto belt loop, backpack, messenger bag, cross-body bag, purse, etc. * Easy to clip and unclip, but quite secure; I have never had it unclip itselt accidentally * Doesn't give you a tan line on your wrist * Water-resistant; I haven't personally tested to 100 feet, but it has gotten a lot of real-life testing in the rainy climate where I live * Nice unisex design; doesn't scream "man's watch" when I use it, but looks totally appropriate for a man's watch when my husband borrows it (he won't wear a wristwatch, either) * Has second hand, so can be used for checking heart rate (pulse) for fitness or medical reasons * It's analog, not digital, so it's old-school cool! * Numerals glow in the dark after brief exposure to light; saves battery life over a back-lit style. * Large, easy to read numerals * All the numerals 1-12 (none of this 12, 3, 6, 9, then figure out the rest). * Outer ring with markings for all 60 minutes/seconds * Outer ring numbered by fives from 05 to 55, which makes keeping track of minutes and seconds easier * Good watch for teaching children to tell analog time because of the four features listed directly above * Because it is analog, you can amaze and astound your friends by using the hour hand on this watch to find true north (numerous websites have instructions on how to do this); can't do that with a digital watch I was a little hesitant to order this watch because of the number of one star reviews, but now I'm glad I took a chance with this product. This watch has worked out well for me. I use it mostly in town for everyday use, but I also use it in the back country when camping or backpacking, and it has been rugged enough to stand up to that kind of use.

Perfect, my father liked it better than I thought he would. Notice that the clock hangs upside down, makes it easier to read once you wear it.
