This is solid and works brilliant.
I purchased this in late 2023 and use this every day. I have had zero problems and there is nothing to fault this book stand on. My books are accomodated comfortably on this book stand with no problems. My books are medium size: bigger than paperback and smaller than larger hardbacks with 2 of my books being 600 - 700 pages+. These are the reason for my purchase as they are weighty for reading over an hour at a time. This book stand is solid and has good movement to get the angle that is right for you whilst keeping a good balance. If you are going to rest this on your lap I do not recommend it. You have to hold it steady with at least one hand and that defeats my purpose for this awesome book stand. But, if you do use it this way, I recommend you use a cushion as this book stand is heavy on its own.I use at my table all the time because it frees my hands to hang by my side to maintain correct posture. This is main reason for my purchase. I did not want to slouch over my reading and have aches and pains. Posture is not cared about and it explains why so many people have back related problems from not sitting correctly, as nature did not design humans for sitting.I highly recommend this product: Its price, its quality, its useability, its longevity, its reliability and versatility. My son occasionally uses his 17 inch laptop on this and once the angle is adjusted, this book stand has no stress to take it.Very impressed. Well done Tounee. 5 stars. Thank you.

Book stand I think I've needed for years
I'm an artist. When at the drawing table, more often than not, have to get out the anatomy books for reference. This is a quality product. Very well-made. Holds the large and sometimes heavy books I use for reference. Sits very nicely on my desk. Looks great. Very adjustable. You can feel how well it's made. Very happy with this and very useful.

Great product
Very sturdy, nice finish and doesn't tip over easily holding down my 400 page text book. I wish I realised these stands existed sooner, would have saved me hunching over and trying to weigh down books with coasters/mugs to take notes on my tablet. I like it swivels as it gives me options if I change my desk design in the future. Some reviews mentioned it is very hard to adjust - I would say it requires a bit of a push and pull but that is a positive, it means it doesn't dip over time from the weight of the book and doesn't just change the angle if accidentally knocked a bit. The two front 'feet' are a bit stiff to move, so I have taken to only using one at a time to hold the page down, as it allows me to turn pages quicker without needing to remove the foot and reposition. Overall really happy and would recommend for anyone studying or just wanting to read heavier books without hunching.

Simple, sturdy, effective
Got this to get through some study material. The main standout is the range of motion that this stand can accommodate. It feels sturdy enough to support most A4 books and the clamps to hold the pages in place are strong. I am very happy with the functionality and quality of this stand and can recommend. I would get this same item if I needed buy again.

Decent book stand
Wood feels a bit cheap and it doesn't support 1000+ pages on a single clip like the description stated. Most likely get around 400 pages max on a single arm.The metal has a finish that is nice to the touch and looks good. It is sturdy but will tip back if not set forward enough. The rotation is obnoxious and there is no reason for it to be so loud.Books will deform from being held in such a position for a prolonged period of time. Placing a stack of books on top of the one you have finished should help reset it.Overall it looks good and is probably better than the other options out there. It is nice.

Game changer for working at PC with textbooks
I should have bought one of these years ago.No longer am I trying to hold a book open while simultaneously typing over it one handed. This adjustable stand looks and feels like a well made piece of equipment, with a satisfying ratchet noise when you rotate. It's a little stiff to adjust the height, to the point it was a slightly unnerving to apply so much force. But it stays put once it's adjusted. The clips that hold the pages open are tipped with a soft rubbery material, and their insect leg shape allows for thin or thick books to be held. It holds my current 500 page textbook well. And my books being at eye level is already taking a strain off my neck.

Good quality and solid
I use this next to my computer screen for copying handwritten notes into electronic documents. The advantage is that they are at the same height so that I can look from left to right rather than from flat on the desk across to the screen. Its a lot easier. I have attached a small Gritin reading light (from Amazon) to the top corner so that the light shines down onto the notes. I find the page holders excellent as they are quite strong. The adjustment brackets are very stiff. This is needed so that the stand does not move if you place a heavy book on it. It is best to make adjustments to the position from the rear by moving the metal rather than grabbing the wood at the front, otherwise you could detach the wood from the frame. I keep my stand in one fixed position. The other advantage it gives is that I now have more desk space, as things can now be placed underneath it. Also I gain desk space as what used to be on the desk is now above it on the book stand. I find it quite invaluable.
