Después de un mes de uso puedo decir que estoy contento. La primera noche ya noté diferencia y me levanté con el cuello mejor y eso que la notaba dura y algo incómoda, pero te acostumbras pronto. NO he vuelto a levantarme con dolor de cuello o dolor de cabeza debido a las cervicales, en un mes que llevo, a ver si sigue! La recomiendo., aunque no se si a todo el mundo le puede servir, en mi caso si.

UPDATE Feb. '24 I want to mention that in the area where it normally supports the neck (the litte spot between the bumps), there's no longer enough support or comfort as it has flattened out. I have never had a pillow compress in this area so quickly. It is very disappointing that the pillow hasn't lasted because I received a great deal of relief and comfort up to now. I expected to get longer than 11 months from a pillow for this price. INITIAL REVIEW: I have arthritis in my neck and have used an orthopedic/cervical pillow for many years. It's hard to find one with just the right amount of firmness and comfort. When I first received this pillow, I thought, "I'm never going to be able to sleep on that thing!" Well, I was particularly tired the next afternoon and decided to go for a little nap and try out the new pillow. I slept for three hours and awoke in the same position! It felt a bit awkward at first, but I've been using it the past three nights and have never slept better. I'm a back sleeper mostly, but sleep on my side as well and this pillow provides just the right amount of comfort and support for either position. Ottimo acquisto lo utilizzo da un paio di giorni e devo dire che mi sveglio molto meglio che in precedenza, lo si può usare in più posizioni ed in ognuna è garantito il massimo confort. Spero di dire addio ai dolori cervicali d'ora in poi!
