Fantastic flavor to add to cakes and brownies and any baking that is sweet such as Cookies.You only need to add a teaspoon just like you would add a teaspoon of vanilla to most baked goods. It is clear liquid, so it will not change the color of your cakes. Excellent value. A little bit large, larger bottle size than a normal vanilla extract for example. The 1 teaspoon added to my baking goods, did not change any consistency or quality of my baked goods.I was recommended this butter emulsion by a friend and I’m so glad that she recommended it because I also highly recommend. It’s so yummy.!
