Much higher quality than any I have purchased on Amazon before. nice comfortable fit, very quality Velcro grabs. I toss around a lot and am constantly adjusting others. These felt great. I adjust them once before going to sleep and they have been great. I have only had them for a week or so and usually wait for wear to advise on the durability but I am confident these are going to last a while do the the measurable difference in quality that is immediately apparent.

Easy to replace once the old ones were stretched out. These fit with my machine, no problem at all. Super quick to switch out.

These work as you would expect them too. I seem to be harder on them than my insurance company thinks I should be so they won't cover these as often as I need them. These work - they are priced right and work well!!

Good product overall. The delivery did take a bit longer than I expected.

Very comfortable and good velcro adhesion previous head straps for my CPAP have had very sucky velcro these were really good.

As for size or fit, the strap secures but it is about an inch longer and secures almost on the back side of the strap instead of the side since it is much longer.

Clearly brand new, buying these was a great deal. The medical supply provider and insurance company make these very expensive. These are the same product, same brand, at a much better price.
