Works just fine... Just pay attention to how you hooked it up.
I use these mostly to bench test cameras - and it works fine to test all the PTZ, etc. features while cutting down on how many wires are running all over the shop. So, yes, it works. If you use this to run wires remotely be sure to mark your work - at both ends - or you'll wonder later what feeds what and how...

Great for Adding a Camera, solid for UniFi and Reolink Cams
Great tool product to add a POE camera to an existing Ethernet run. I had a single UniFi Camera hard wired to an existing POE switch. Because Reolink and Ubiquiti cameras only use a 100mb connection (FE) they essentially only use half of the Ethernet cable for power and connection. This device takes advantage of that. Cord does require dual input for dual output - so you’ll need 2 POE inputs. Those switch ports are combined on a single run and then split at the destination using the other adapter. Great product. No config required. UniFi interface appears as if there are 2 independent cable runs.

Does not work. I tried 2 and none worked. Just get a POE extender switch for cheaper.

Works great..easy expansion
These PoE cat6 camera splitters really worked well! We ran cable during our house build and even with ample pre-build planning wanted to add a camera once the house was done... on the longest cable run of course. We added these splitters to ~90' run with a second camera and experienced no signal quality nor data speed issues! We liked the benefits so much we bought a second kit to add even more cameras in other locations.
