If you've ever eaten boiled oats by themselves, then you know how bland oats taste (that's why people add milk, brown sugar, raisins, bananas, etc.) Not long ago I bought a box of Cheerios because Morning O's were not available and they tasted burnt to me. Cheerios marketing would no doubt say that they were "toasted", but a burnt flavor was what I was experiencing. I bought a second box from another store because I thought it was a one time issue, but it turned out that they had the same burnt/toasted flavor. I prefer the Morning O's - bland and healthy is fine by me because I can always add fruit to flavor the cereal. **Q: How Much sugar?** A: It contains cane sugar and molasses. 1 1/2 cup = 11 grams sugar **Q: Which is the plain, unsweetened version?** A: The list of ingredients on the box say some sugar is added, but the total sugars in the cereal are only 2 grams which is very low. **Q: what is the volume of this 14 oz (which is weight) cereal box** A: Box Dimensions of my box is 7 5/8” x 3 3/8” x 11 1/4” .
